NEWS & UPDATES: All Residential Lots in Quintero are currently designated “Non-Buildable” by the City of Peoria, with no timeline of when or if that designation will be changed.
COMMUNITIES: Quintero Community Association started with plans to create residential living surrounded by the Quintero Golf Course; which included: Entrada Condominiums, The Enclave, & Three Custom Homesite Communities; however, nothing has been built in Quintero Community since 2007.
  1. Entrada Condominiums: Consists of three buildings that have three condos in each building. All 9 condos in Entrada were built in 2006, and are situated along the 4th Fairway of Quintero Golf Course.
  2. The Enclave: Consists of 20 Semi-Custom Homesites. Lots 5, 9, 10, 12, 14, 17, all currently have homes built in 2006 & 2007, with the remaining 14 lots vacant.
  3. The Custom Homesites: Consists of 76 Custom Homesites total, which include: The Ridge, Sunset Vistas, & The Estates. All the Custom Homesites are Vacant Lots.
HOA FEES: Main HOA Dues: Every Condo, Home, or Lot owner pays an HOA a main HOA fee for Quintero Community Association, which is Semi-Annual. Second HOA Dues: Entrada Condominium Owners Pay a second HOA fee to the HOA of Entrada
